1282g Tune Airways41 Skyline disc
Tune Airways41 are available with a standard or disc specific rim. This wheelset was built for Simon's UP and to be primarily used as the road wheelset, with 26mm external ideal for 28mm road tyres, but also be CX compatible and approved. As we wanted the aero properties of the rims but also keep the weight to a minimum, this wheelset was built with Sapim CX-Super spokes dropping the weight from the standard 1318g to 1282g. Hubs are Tune's Skyline disc hubs the Princess15 Straightpull and Prince Straightpull 142x12.

1300g Tune Schwarzbrenner 38C Skyline SS
Based on Tune's 1370g Schwarzbrenner 38C this wheelset saves another 70g but due to the carbon wrapping used on the drive side, the wheelset is still suitable for a rider weight of up to 100kg. With 26mm external rim width the rims are ideal for 28mm road tyres. Hubs are Tune's Skyline road hubs the 46g mig45 and 152g mag150. Spokes are Sapim's CX-Super spokes. Lacing is radial on the front and rear NDS and 2x on the drive side.

1249g Tune / ZIPP wheelset
Aero, stiff, fast and lightweight pretty much sums it up. Tune's Skyline range of road hubs, the mig45 and mag150 laced to ZIPP 404 Tubular rims with Sapim CX-Ray spokes. Total weight of 1249g is not so bad!

This is an amazing pricepoint wheelset. For just over $1000.- you get Tune Mig70 and Mag170 hubs laced to Tune's 27mm deep TSR 27 alloy clincher rims with Sapim double butted spokes. You also get a choice of black or white rims, and the choice of all 10 Tune colours for the hubs, nipples and rim decals. Now if that's not enough choice, there is also an upgrade to Sapim CX-Ray spokes, if you wish.

1549g 650b custom Tune Trailrider wheelset
This is a variation of Tune's 1497g Trailrider wheelset which uses King and Kong hubs laced to Stans ArchEX trail rims with Sapim CX-Ray spokes. To accomodate the Fox TALAS forks the King Mk 20mm front hub was selected instead.

Syntace 650b W35/MI6 Forever build
Marcel approached XLR8 High Performance Bicycle Wheels to build a wheelset fior his 650b Liteville 301 which would last him forever. Natural choice was Syntace W35 rims. We also don't object to the use of MI6 hubs. More on this custom wheel build here:

1680g Syntace Scaled Sizing W35/ Tune King / Kong
Combining the best of the best with some loud colour for a wide rimmed and durable Enduro wheelset for a Liteville 301 set up with Scaled Sizing, ie 26" rear and 650b front was the aim of this wheel build. Tune King and Kong were the choice of hubs laced to 32h Syntace rims (26" +650b) with Sapim CX-Ray spokes.

1650g Syntace 650b W35/ Tune Prince and Princess
Combining the best of the best with a touch of colour for a wide rimmed and durable Enduro 650b wheelset for a Yeti SB65c and 90kg+ rider was the aim of this project. Tune Prince and Princess were the choice of hubs laced to 32h Syntace W35 650b rims with Sapim CX-Ray spokes. We quite like the bike these wheels went on too!

1447g 26" Tune trail / AM wheelset
Requirement for this wheelset which was built for a Liteville 301, was to use the best components we could sourse for a ligthweight and stealthy trail / Am wheelset. Tune's Skyline range of hubs, the Princess Skyline front hub and and Prince rear hub were selected with a low but sufficient spoke count of 24 Sapim CX-Ray spokes. Rims were Tune's Twenty4 rims (24 hole Stans Flow rims). The carbon tied spoke crossings together with the Stans rims provide plenty of stiffness and make for a low spoke count yet tough wheelet.

Syntace / Tune 26+ wheelset
This wheelset was specifically built for the Surly Dirt Wizard 2.75 26+ tyres for which you need a 650b compatible frame and fork, but the rim diameter is 26". The perfect choice of course were the Syntace W40 rims, stiff and robust and an internal width of 33.5mm. Hub choice here was 32 hole King Kong hubs and spokes our favourites: Sapim CX-Ray.

1700g 26" Tune DH wheelset
This wheelset was built for Craftwork's Factory Team DH racers. The requirement was simply strong but lighter than the commonly used DH wheelsets from Mavic and DT Swiss, and of course good looking with bright colours. It also needed to suit the requirements of a DH bike with 20mm front axle and 150mm rear axle spacing. Used were Tune's King MK and Kong MK hubs and laced to Strong and wide Alex Supra 30 rims, the same Germany's 14x DH Champ Marcus Klausmann runs with Sapim Di-Ligth double butted spokes.
